"A coach acts a facilitator to your growth"

This is a solution focused process that is relies on the premise that you as the client have the resources you need to make the changes you desire and realise the potential within you.

Myself as your coach acts a facilitator to your growth, asking powerful questions to allow you to reflect on where you are and where you want to be.

Life can be challenging and we will all experience change, some will be expected, some sudden, others a slow burn but this transition can lead to a feeling of uncertainty, loss and fear of the new and our expectations associated with it.

This can evoke a feeling of not being safe and we become immersed in a fight or flight state or paralysed.

We may notice we keep repeating the same cycles or negative patterns of  behavior, avoiding situations, or simply feeling stuck.

It is when we notice things need to change, good life coaching can help. We are so used to viewing life a certain way that alternative perspectives are often not considered and so we are left in a cycle of telling ourselves a one-sided tale that may not help us in the long term. Proving ourselves right by ignoring or sabotaging opportunities to the contrary.
