This a process that allows us to be present and accept our emotions free from guilt or judgement and let go of any worries we may have.

This builds our self-awareness, patience, acceptance and appreciation , learning how to connect with ourselves and others.

I use mindfulness meditation with children to teens, using various exercises  such as guided imagery, breathing, drawing and other practices to help them

With mindfulness focusing on the present we can lose the pre-occupation of the past and the future and enhance the experience of the here and now, building compassion for ourselves and others from a place of calm.
